Petition seeking suspension of RSP Chair Lamichhane from MP post dismissed

Kathmandu, April 21: The Supreme Court has dismissed a writ petition filed at the Court seeking suspension of RSP President Rabi Lamichhane from the post of Member of Parliament. 

The Supreme Court administration decided not to register the writ petition filed by advocate Ayush Badal and others, who argued that Lamichhane should be automatically suspended as the money laundering case is sub judice, shared the court’s spokesperson Arjun Prasad Koirala.
